ORDERING INFORMATION

At present we only accept Internet Orders. We use Secure PayPal for online payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order online.

PayPal protects your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal for online payment, your financial information is NOT disclosed to the online merchant.

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

To the original purchaser, McGourty Associates, LLC warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. If you discover a defect, McGourty Associates, LLC will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. After 90 days, products can still be sent in for repair or replacement, but there will be a $10.00USD minimum inspection/labor/repair fee (not including return shipping and handling charges)

14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product, in its original packaging, within 14 days for a refund, credit or exchange. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. See below for RMA information.

McGourty Associates will refund the purchase price of the product in the same payment form, excluding shipping/handling costs, once the product is received. This refund does not apply if the product has been altered or damaged.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

A $10.00USD shipping and handling fee will be placed on orders under 100.00.
All orders over $200 are shipped FREE!

Warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, modified, or damaged. McGourty Associates makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to McGourty Associates, or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. McGourty Associates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

Before returning a product, you must first contact Customer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. In your package, please include a daytime telephone number and a brief explanation of the problem.

After inspecting and testing, within 30 days we will return your product, or its replacement using the same shipping method used to ship the product to McGourty Associates.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION REVISIONS

McGourty Associates reserves the right at any time without notice to revise product specifications as may be required to permit improvements in the performance, reliability, or manufacturability.

CRITICAL APPLICATIONS

McGOURTY ASSOCIATES’ PRODUCTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE AS CRITICAL COMPONENTS IN LIFE SUPPORT DEVICES OR SYSTEMS, OR APPLICATIONS WHERE MISUSE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE DEVICE MAY RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY.
